I thoroughly enjoyed a continental breakfast, it was reasonably priced. The location was unbeatable and brilliant walking distance to a war memorial and a parliament building. There were eateries and pubs walking distance to the place. I've had an awesome stay during my visit.

It was luxury hotel with competent and excellant co-operating stuff in the night shift. Highly recommended for shopping.

Standard queen room was freshly renovated, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was great and phenomenal - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, the area was market.

Spent 3 nights here with my husband, had a really really nice stay overall. The location was incredible and amazing, close to restaurants and shops and gardens as well as the Byward market and Canal. Visited a few interesting places, including Parliament Hill, located not too far from the venue.

All in all, it's perfect little place that has well managed staff in the night shift.

Stocked room with a comfortable bed, great service. Lovely location in Ottawa so close to the National Gallery, Parliament Hill, the Mint, the Rideau Centre and all the main sights in Ottawa, attractions and whatnot and the Byward Market, parliament buildings and National Gallery. Again, walking distance to additional galleries.

We had a really nice stay for 4 nights.

We loved it. The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a downtown area, not far from the attractions in Ottawa as well as Rideau canal and Parliament Hill. Booked a room with great views of downtown. The location of the property was particularly good and unbeatable - at a short distance from Parliament Hill.

The hotel was nice and in a very central location right by public transport, restaurants, bars and a shopping mall. Moreover, additional galleries was within easy walking distance of the place.

The staff were not always friendly, didn't expect that coming.

We truly enjoyed being there. The place was fairly clean with a consistently courteous and really good staff in the night shift. The location was great and the rooms were compact.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Respectful staff in the night shift and the location was good and perfect close to all sights you could walk. It was well-appointed with a balcony, good enough for celebrating birthday.

The place was fairly clean and intimate, had thoughtful staff in the night shift. It was in a central location, close to a recreational area. Besides, we were near all the bars and restaurants in byward market, the vibrant ByWard Market and the tourist sites of Ottawa.

There was a a little firm bed.

Tidy and adequate units with a good view over the garden. Unbeatable and brilliant location in the town, walking distance to tourist attractions. Set walking distance to convention centres and banks.

Extremely busy area.

Had good stay for 1 night and the weather was very warm. I loved the room with fridge & microwave. Interior was European. It was in a magnificent location short walk to peeks of Ottawa and most attractions.

Appreciated how comfortable and homey the property was and its very courteous stuff in the night shift. The breakfast spread was absolutely excellant with hot options. The location was incredible as an art gallery and a theatre were right next to the hotel.
